About this app

A kingdom to rule and advisors who lie to you.

Nightjar Covenant is a role playing app from Nightjar Interactive. It was built around one idea: give people a tool that opens quickly, works when the network does not, and does not ask for an account before it is useful.

What you get
• Court intrigue system
• Choices that close doors
• Four endings

How it behaves
Everything that can happen on the device happens on the device. Where Nightjar Covenant does need a server, it tells you before it sends anything. Settings are plain, exports are open formats, and nothing is locked to this app if you decide to move on.

Nightjar Covenant is free to download, with optional purchases for the advanced features.

Nightjar Interactive reads every support message. If something is broken, write in and it gets looked at — the release notes name the people who reported each fix.

  • Not what it was

Was great until the last update. Ads started appearing in places that make the app hard to use. Recommended regardless.

  • Better than the big names

This has quietly become one of the apps I open every day. Battery use is negligible, which I cannot say for the alternatives. Recommended regardless.

  • Does exactly what it says

Exactly what I wanted and nothing I did not. The tablet layout is thought through rather than stretched.

    Bilal Q. · 3 months ago · version 9.6.0 · 216 found this helpful

  • Promising

Decent, with one annoyance I keep running into. Sync occasionally needs a nudge before it picks up changes from my other device. Recommended regardless.

    Sofia M. · 4 months ago · version 9.6.0 · 294 found this helpful

  • Finally

Exactly what I wanted and nothing I did not. The offline support is the real selling point for me. Will update this review if that changes.

    Leila F. · 5 months ago · version 9.6.0 · 391 found this helpful

  • Almost perfect

Works well most of the time. The widget resets its size after a reboot. Worth the money.
